We specialise in corrugated boxes and packaging products and support a broad customer base including the garment industry—including big box retailers, B2B wholesalers, and small to large B2B businesses. POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing and managing profitable B2B customer accounts . This role requires strong prospecting ability, relationship-building skills, and a passion for closing new business while expanding existing accounts. This position is ideal for a self-driven "rainmaker" who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage existing contacts to generate new business, build sales pipelines, and drive revenue Actively prospect and identify new B2B sales opportunities and accounts Initiate client relationships and close product sales Manage and grow existing customer accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention Expand current accounts through cross-selling and up-selling company products Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery Respond promptly and knowledgeably to customer inquiries regarding products and services Work closely with senior leadership to identify new market and product opportunities Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to support timely payment collection Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement for assigned accounts
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Prior sales experience in the corrugated or packaging industry preferred OR an existing book of business within the garment industry Proven ability to manage and execute the full B2B sales cycle Experience using a consultative selling approach focused on problem-solving Strong time management, prospecting, and organisational skills Seasoned sales professional with account management experience Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Customer-focused, professional, dependable, and self-motivated Valid U.S. driver's licence Ability to travel as needed to meet sales goals and client requirements Profile We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with background experience in the corrugated/packaging industry or an existing client base within the garment industry .
