  • Full-time Epic Personnel Partners is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations focused on medical equipment and healthcare supplies in Bloomfield, CT.
Pay Rate:
$20
  • $25/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-5:00PM |
Full-Time Duties:
The Inventory Coordinator manages inventory levels, performs cycle counts, and coordinates supply chain tasks to ensure availability and accuracy of medical equipment and materials.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of medical equipment and components, ensuring availability and accuracy. Perform regular inventory counts and address any discrepancies to maintain data integrity. Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries of medical devices and healthcare supplies. Organize and label inventory within storage areas for easy accessibility and compliance with medical industry standards. Generate inventory reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare industry regulations, and medical equipment safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a healthcare-related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry. Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support the management of medical equipment inventory.
