$5,000/month salary + performance bonus potentialJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Used Car Inventory Manager to oversee the entire used vehicle lifecycle from intake through frontline readiness.

This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage both physical inventory and digital platforms efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesManage all incoming used vehicle inventoryCoordinate and monitor vehicle reconditioning processWork directly with Service Department to ensure timely recon completionCommunicate daily with vendors including detail, PDR, glass, wheel repair, body shop, and transportEnsure vehicles meet company frontline standards and timelinesMonitor aging inventory and prioritize recon workflowMove and organize vehicles throughout the lot as neededUpload and manage vehicle status through inventory/software platformsTrack keys, inventory locations, and recon stagesMaintain accurate inventory records and reportingAssist management with merchandising and inventory presentation Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working outdoors and actively on the lot Ability to work within inventory management systems and software platforms Strong communication skills with service teams and vendors Self-motivated with urgency and accountability Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits
