It's strategy that empowers growth for all We're hiring an Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations. This role is for someone who: Loves fashion but thinks in data and analytics Understands trends but makes data driven decisions Wants ownership, not micromanagement Is motivated by performance incentives Is hungry to build something that scales Why This Role Is Different You won't sit in a cubicle. You will:
Own company-wide purchasing strategy Influence profit at every location Shape what stays and what goes Help design seasonal focuses Protect margins while enhancing luxury Build systems that scale for greater impact What You'll Own Company-wide inventory accuracy (retail, boutique, back bar) COGS targets and cost-per-service performance Vendor strategy and purchasing optimization SKU lifecycle decisions (test / scale / retire) Quarterly merchandising resets Seasonal promotions + loyalty alignment Inventory forecasting and par management Executive-level dashboards with clear insights You'll turn inventory from a cost center into a growth engine.
