Full-time, hands-on operational role (Salary - DOE) Role Overview The Inventory, Warehouse, and Service Manager is a hands-on operational role responsible for day-to-day inventory, warehouse, equipment, fleet management, and service division for Mansuetto Roofing & Sheet Metal. This position focuses on execution, accuracy, and process discipline at the operating company level, while complying with inventory policies, systems, and analytical frameworks established by the Extera corporate platform. The role is designed for a practical operator who is comfortable using technology, learning systems, and working cross-functionally with field personnel, vendors, and leadership. Core Responsibilities Inventory Management & Accuracy
  • Own all aspects of inventory management across warehouses, jobs, and equipment.
  • Partner with field and office teams to improve receiving, issuing, material handling, and inventory discipline.
  • Ensure timely, accurate transaction entry and documentation within software systems. Warehouse, Equipment & Fleet Management
  • Maintain orderly, safe, and well-organized warehouse and yard locations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of tools, equipment, and vehicles by category and location.
  • Track maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance for vehicles and equipment.
  • Coordinate annual DOT vehicle inspections and OSHA crane inspections. Service & Repair Division Management
  • Organize repair and service work orders.
  • Coordinate with project managers to schedule field personnel to complete work orders.
  • Gather time and material information and work with office teams to complete the customer invoicing process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for services provided. Systems & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in computer software systems.
  • Serve as the primary site-level liaison with Extera for inventory system usage and process compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with field supervisors, project managers, and vendors to ensure material availability and operational continuity. Qualifications
  • Comfortable learning and using technology and operational systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid operator / manager role with moderate field interaction.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills sufficient for tracking and reporting.
