Job Description

Seeking a driven Irrigation Sales Representative to develop and grow a territory by working directly with growers and agricultural operations. This role focuses on selling irrigation systems and solutions that improve water efficiency and crop performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and farm operations
  • Sell irrigation systems, equipment, and related solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support installation and service
  • Manage and track sales activity within the assigned territory Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in agricultural sales, equipment sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of farming operations and grower needs
  • Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
  • Experience selling technical or equipment-based solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems such as center pivots, pumps, or water management solutions is a plus
  • Experience working directly with growers in a sales or advisory capacity
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license required Work Environment Field-based role with regular travel throughout the territory.
