Job Description

Seeking an experienced Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems and agricultural equipment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment operates efficiently during peak growing seasons and requires a strong combination of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems including center pivots, pumps, and related equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in both shop and field environments
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal start-up and shutdown services
  • Respond to field service calls and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner
  • Work directly with customers to explain repairs, system operation, and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of completed work
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Assist with equipment setup, installation, and system commissioning Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a service technician, mechanic, or in agricultural equipment repair
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with irrigation systems, pumps, or agricultural equipment preferred
  • Licensed pump installer preferred or ability to obtain license
  • Ability and willingness to become factory-certified on irrigation systems and maintain certification
  • Licensed or certified electrician strongly preferred
  • CDL Class A license preferred; Hazmat endorsement is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in outdoor environments
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
