DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to perform spring startups, winterizations and repairs. Ability to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks, focusing on quality and efficiency. Ability to manage a crew and job site effectively and efficiently. Proven leadership skills. Experience in the operation of commercial irrigation equipment. Ability to work all day outdoors in varying weather.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicant needs to be dependable, self motivated, hard working, flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic. Min. of 2 years experience required (J4 or J3 license preferred) Willing to learn techniques and apply practices to complete assigned work. Must have valid CT driver's license and have/obtain a CT DOT Medical Card. Must have reliable transportation. Please DO NOT apply unless you have a prior irrigation experience.
