The position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday•Friday.

Internal Medicine About theRole:
Support the care team and patients by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering in person and telephonic inquiries, collecting payments and maintaining demographic information.Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee and support administrative staff in front office processes Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to manage staff schedules and coverage Conduct or participate in scheduled practice meetings and daily briefs Oversee critical processes such as active daily schedule management and PCI compliance Assist in the handling of patient complaints Participate with Practice Manager in new staff selection and hiring and on-boarding of new Medical Receptionists Conduct on-site new staff administrative training Participate in organizational initiatives and projects including workflow improvement initiatives Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basis Perform other duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of experience with patient financial and scheduling systems Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Access to reliable transportation & valid US driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:
