The Specialty Mechanical Service Technician II will need to have qualifications in one or more of the following: Leak Repair, Field Machining, Line Isolation, NDT Hydrotesting, Hot Tapping & Line Stopping. Promptly addresses any safety concerns. Adheres to all company policies and demonstrates commitment to our core values. Diagnoses issues with leaking components, reporting findings to supervisory staff and engineering teams. Conducts leak mitigation tasks, which may include: Identifies situations requiring the use of safety equipment. Completes necessary documentation and administrative tasks. Works collaboratively with field teams, client representatives, and management. Keeps informed about the company's products and services to better assist customers. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be physically able to walk, climb, and perform field duties. Effective communication abilities. Good observational skills. Manual dexterity for routine office and field tasks. Able to travel to off-site locations when necessary. Skilled in multitasking and maintaining focus in a dynamic environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial? A high school diploma is required; further education in a technical field or relevant college coursework is preferred. Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial operations or maintenance roles preferred. Versatile in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities. Able to meet deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with plant maintenance and repair is beneficial. Able to follow supervisors' instructions precisely. Valid driver's license required.
HAZWOPER
training certification is a plus. Willing to travel 50-70% of the time Based at a branch or on-site location. Involves both indoor and outdoor work in industrial settings. Interaction with team members, supervisors, and clients. Working near production machinery with high noise levels. Required to use personal protective equipment. Ability to adapt to different job sites and weather conditions. Travel to various sites may be required.
