HPC -Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Freeport, TX is looking for a Specialty Mechanical Service Technician II to join their safety conscious team! The Specialty Mechanical Service Technician II will need to have qualifications in one or more of the following: Leak Repair, Field Machining, Line Isolation, NDT Hydrotesting, Hot Tapping & Line Stopping. Promptly addresses any safety concerns. + Adheres to all company policies and demonstrates commitment to our core values. + Diagnoses issues with leaking components, reporting findings to supervisory staff and engineering teams. + Conducts leak mitigation tasks, which may include: + Identifies situations requiring the use of safety equipment. + Completes necessary documentation and administrative tasks. + Works collaboratively with field teams, client representatives, and management. + Keeps informed about the company's products and services to better assist customers. + Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds. + Must be physically able to walk, climb, and perform field duties. + Effective communication abilities. + Good observational skills. + Manual dexterity for routine office and field tasks. + Able to travel to off-site locations when necessary. + Skilled in multitasking and maintaining focus in a dynamic environment. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
