Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all IT infrastructure operations including gaming systems, network operations, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, and audio/visual technologies Ensure uptime, stability, and performance of mission-critical systems including player tracking, PMS, POS, and back-office platforms Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, access controls, audit protocols, and Title 31 standards Lead cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and data protection strategies Manage internal IT staff while coordinating vendor relationships and technical support initiatives Partner with executive leadership on technology planning, budgeting, and operational improvements Develop scalable IT processes that support operational efficiency and future growth

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Previous casino, gaming, or hospitality IT experience required Strong knowledge of gaming system infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and operational projects Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNA are highly valued
