CDL A Truck Driver Job Overview Drivers earn up to $86,000 per year , with consistent freight and dependable weekly miles Pay starts at 64CPM Earn up to 17CPM in accessorial pay based on the load Add up to 6CPM in loyalty pay (earned from day one) Get home as often as weekly, with many drivers resetting on weekends Earn up to $100 tarp pay Benefits + Equipment That Set You Up Right 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Late-model Kenworth trucks with 12-speed auto-shift transmissions No slip seating No-fee per diem Paid orientation travel and training Pet and rider policies $2,000 driver referral bonus Please note that pay varies by experience level and production.
