Job Description

About the Role Crabtree Motor Group is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to support our Watertown (Crabtree Toyota) and Middlebury (Crabtree Nissan) locations, while collaborating with our centralized IT team across the broader dealership group. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving real-world problems, and can balance working independently with being a strong team player. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Support Serve as the primary IT resource for the Watertown and Middlebury stores, maintaining all on-site technology including workstations, printers, peripherals, network infrastructure (wired and wireless), and phones and communication systems. You'll support daily operations across Sales, Service, Accounting, and BDC departments. Cross-Store Collaboration Work closely with IT leadership and peer IT Managers, assist with coverage across other locations as needed, and participate in coordinated rollouts and system upgrades. Troubleshooting & Vendor Management Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Manage escalations with third-party vendors including DMS, CRM, ISP, and OEM systems, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical staff. Projects & Standardization Execute IT projects, installs, and upgrades at assigned stores. Follow and reinforce standardized SOPs and support group-wide technology and compliance initiatives. Security & Compliance Maintain user access controls, enforce security best practices, and ensure all systems and devices are properly configured and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards. Pay:
$26.19 - $31.54 per hour
