Job Description:

Overview The IT Lead for Pricing (SAP Vistex) is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting pricing solutions across SAP SD and Vistex. This role acts as the primary Vistex expert, partnering with business teams to gather requirements, define functional designs, manage testing, and ensure successful deployment of pricing capabilities. The position oversees complex pricing processes-such as rebates, chargebacks, and pricing data management-while collaborating closely with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities Own end?to?end SAP Vistex pricing processes, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Lead workshops and business discussions; translate business needs into functional requirements and design documentation. Develop business scenarios and guide teams through solution evaluation and decision-making. Execute functional unit testing and support integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go?live activities. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to pricing, Vistex, rebates, and chargebacks. Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Vistex, Rebate Management, Chargebacks, and related pricing components. Design, configure, and validate pricing conditions, pricing procedures, and Vistex elements. Maintain accurate pricing data; enhance price guidance models, simulations, and analytics. Partner with SAP SD, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Master Data teams to assess cross-functional impacts. Collaborate with technical teams to support functional specifications, enhancements, and RICEFW testing. Lead pricing-related projects and enhancements; manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. Communicate solution designs, risks, and impacts to leadership and cross-functional partners. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, documentation standards, and IT best practices. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in SAP Vistex and SAP SD pricing, including DMP, rebates, chargebacks, pricing procedures, conditions, and access sequences. Demonstrated expertise in pricing design, configuration, data management, and cross?module integration. Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams. Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in fast-paced environments. Experience in

SAP S/4HANA

environments, including Vistex design, troubleshooting, reporting, and analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows.
