IT Systems Manager

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT & Systems Manager to oversee and support IT infrastructure and business systems within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable IT operations, supporting end users, leading systems implementations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across business and production systems. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing facilities, managing IT infrastructure, and implementing technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management Administer, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and systems Support and manage: Servers Network equipment End-user devices Printers and peripheral hardware Manage and support: Microsoft Active Directory Email systems and Microsoft Outlook Windows operating systems Microsoft Office applications VPN connectivity Oversee system backups, monitoring, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery processes Business Systems Support Support and optimize business applications and operational systems Manage databases, reporting tools, and data integration processes Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions Ensure system reliability, performance, and data accuracy End User Support & IT Operations Provide technical support to end users across multiple departments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage incident tracking and issue resolution Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed Systems Implementation & Continuous Improvement Lead implementation and improvement initiatives for: ERP systems Production monitoring software Production planning tools Reporting and analytics platforms Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of solutions Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of IT experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems administration Experience supporting ERP or manufacturing systems Familiarity with SQL databases and reporting tools such as Power BI Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay:

From $60,000.00 per year
