In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation across hardware, software, and network systems. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and deliver exceptional IT support to our users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on our operational success. Duties Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization Troubleshoot and resolve software problems on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux Manage computer hardware assets, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and repairs Administer computer networks such as LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), and wireless connectivity using tools like Meraki and Cisco devices Support Active Directory management for user accounts, permissions, GPO (Group Policy Objects), and authentication processes Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers (Windows Server), DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), firewalls, and network security measures like firewalls and VPNs Utilize management tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for ticketing, asset management, and workflow automation Assist with desktop support tasks including configuring mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and operating system updates Conduct analysis of system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues before they impact users Collaborate with network administration teams to optimize TCP/IP configurations, DNS resolution, and TCP troubleshooting techniques Qualifications Need SAP experience, and Azure experience Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware management and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in managing Windows environments including Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, and Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with macOS and Linux operating systems for cross-platform support Solid knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN topology, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, DHCP configuration, VPN setup (including Meraki solutions), firewall administration, and network security best practices Experience with help desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for issue tracking and resolution Ability to perform software troubleshooting across various applications and operating systems efficiently Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users while delivering excellent customer service Analysis skills to assess system performance data and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed #
INDBOS Pay:
