- Part-time, Full-time The Hydration Station in Montgomery, Ohio is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing wellness and aesthetic clinic.
This is a patient-facing clinical role for a provider who wants to work in a modern practice that combines wellness, hormone optimization, IV therapy, weight management, and aesthetic treatments. We have active marketing, consistent patient demand, and systems in place. Your focus will be on consultations, patient care, and building long-term relationships. About The Hydration Station The Hydration Station is an established and growing med spa serving the greater Cincinnati area, including Indian Hill, Blue Ash, Hyde Park, and Northern Kentucky. What started as an IV therapy business has evolved into a comprehensive, full-service practice offering injectables, laser and skin treatments, hormone optimization, and medical weight management. We are continuing to expand our service lines, including peptides and regenerative-focused treatments. We are a locally owned, small but growing team focused on delivering high-quality care, natural results, and a strong patient experience. Our goal is to build a team of providers who want to work within one well-supported practice rather than splitting time across multiple locations. We provide strong operational, marketing, and administrative support so providers can focus on patient care and growing their book. What You Will Do Provide care across wellness and aesthetic services, including: IV hydration and nutrient therapy IM injections and boosters including B12 and NAD+ Hormone optimization (HRT) Medical weight management using GLP-1 Peptides and expanding wellness protocols Neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators Non-ablative laser treatments Microneedling and chemical peels Additional Responsibilities Conduct consultations and follow-ups Build personalized treatment plans Educate patients clearly and confidently Guide patients toward ongoing care and long-term results For Nurse Practitioners Perform Good Faith Exams in person or via telehealth Order and interpret labs Oversee treatment eligibility and protocols What Matters in This Role Clinical skill is expected. Success in this role is driven by your ability to connect with patients, build trust, and confidently guide them through a plan of care. This is not a task-based clinical role. It is a relationship-driven role focused on long-term outcomes, patient retention, and consistent care. Schedule 4 days per week , approximately 35 to 36 hours

Last appointments are scheduled 45 minutes before closing. Patient care is completed fully and never rushed.
