Registered Nurse/Clinical Coach
  • MISC Full Time Day Shift

10506 Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45242
Work Schedule:
Full Time Days
  • (64 hours bi-weekly) Schedule will fall within Monday
  • Friday, 7am
  • 3:30pm No weekends, holidays or call
Job Overview:
This position applies the nursing process in providing direct and indirect holistic care to patients and their families. This position collaborates, in a collegial manner, with physicians and other health care team members in meeting the patient's needs. May delegate certain aspects of care to those under their direct supervision, within the scope of nursing practice. Assesses the learning needs of the nurse in orientation. Develops the nurse's orientation plan, implements the plan, and provides guidance and supervision throughout the plan. Evaluates the progress of the nurse in orientation in collaboration with the nurse manager or designee. Our Minimally Invasive Surgery Center (MISC) is a fun, fast ‑ paced environment built on teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. We are a tight ‑ knit, hard ‑ working group that values collaboration and high ‑ quality patient care. The center is designed as a four-operating room surgical suite , with a strong focus on minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures . We support a diverse case mix, specializing in: ENT Pediatrics Gynecology General Surgery (select cases) Breast Podiatry Work ‑ life balance is a priority — there are no weekends, no holidays, and no call requirements . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in an energetic ASC environment and enjoy working alongside a close, supportive surgical team.

Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree
  • Nursing (Required) New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
(Required) Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience required Experience in an OR setting is required Circulating and scrubbing experience is preferred Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle Registered Nurse Required
ACLS PALS
will need to be obtained upon hire Basic Life Support (BLS)
Required Job Responsibilities:
Conducts and documents patient/family assessments; communicates findings and education needs Develops, implements, and updates individualized care plans with patient/family and care team Ensures a safe, respectful environment; prioritizes care and responds to emergencies Delivers and documents care, including medications, treatments, and physician orders Evaluates outcomes and revises care plans; supervises delegated tasks Serves as a clinical resource, supports staff/students, and maintains professional development May function in charge/resource roles as needed
Clinical Coach:
Creates and leads orientation plans, provides feedback and support Completes orientation documentation and collaborates on education programs
