At JDE Construction, we're looking for a true all-trades field technician who can take on real-world jobsite challenges and complete projects without needing multiple crews. What You'll Be Doing Install commercial restaurant & kitchen equipment Modify installations to fit real jobsite conditions Perform light carpentry, wall repair, and finish work Work with stainless steel components and custom fits Handle basic plumbing & electrical connections Support remodels, service work, and new installations Travel to job sites and complete overnight work What You Bring Experience installing commercial restaurant equipment (required) Strong multi-trade background (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Ability to problem-solve in the field without constant direction Comfortable adapting installs when plans meet reality Welding experience is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work Work Environment Night / overnight schedule (Required) Travel required Physically active, hands-on work Fast-paced job sites Why JDE Construction We're a growing GC working with major restaurant and retail brands across the Western U.S.
