Job Description

Job Overview As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing inmates and ensuring compliance with facility rules and regulations. Duties
  • Supervise and monitor inmate activities to prevent disturbances and escapes
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline
  • Conduct inspections for contraband items
  • Escort inmates within the facility for various activities
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents within the facility promptly
  • Document all incidents, conduct investigations, and write reports Requirements
  • 18+ years of age
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess a diploma or GED
