Join Environment Control - Proudly Serving the Greater Sacramento Area for 40 Years Environment Control, a well-established Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Company, is hiring a Part-Time Janitorial Floater to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced cleaners who enjoy variety and flexibility in their work schedule.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, starting between 6:00 PM and 9:00

Part-Time Hours:

4-5 hours per evening (based on coverage needs)

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00/hour

Work Location:

On the road (Benicia, Fairfield, Vacaville, Oakland, San Leandro, Walnut Creek etc)

Weekly Pay:

Every Friday Mileage & Drive Time Reimbursed This position requires driving your own reliable vehicle. (This role is not ideal for those driving trucks due to frequent stops and mileage.) What We Offer Weekly pay (every Friday) Reimbursement for mileage and drive time Ongoing support and training A stable, long-term opportunity with a reputable company Job Responsibilities Travel to multiple commercial locations each night Location ranges include: (Benicia, Fairfield, Vacaville, Oakland, San Leandro, Walnut Creek etc) Perform routine janitorial duties including: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and disinfecting surfaces. Trash removal and restroom cleaning Restocking supplies Use proper cleaning methods and equipment Ensure consistent cleanliness across all assigned locations Communicate and coordinate with the team as needed Requirements Must have reliable transportation , a valid driver's license , and current car insurance Ability to work independently and manage time well Excellent attendance and reliability are essential Commercial janitorial experience is required Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Equal Opportunity Employer Environment Control is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining a workplace free from discrimination or harassment of any kind.
