Janitorial Position Located in Brattleboro, VT

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. Schedule:

Monday - Friday (After 5 PM)

Hours:

4 hours per service Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Carry out floor care duties such as buffing and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Conduct cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Ensure restrooms are stocked, clean, and sanitary at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects efficiently. Experience Previous experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role. Must be able to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks.
