Janitorial Professional

General Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty all trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean entry way windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines or carpet cleaners
• Assist with other facilities maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
