TWIC cards are required for all personnel as this is a marine facility.

Transportation/Parking:

ferry terminal. Personnel can park at that location and will undergo security checks. The ferry departs every hour on the hour to reach the facility.

Scope of Work Areas:

Control Room (2200 sq. ft.), Bunkhouse/Back Office (3700 sq. ft.), and Guard Shack (400 sq. ft.). Job Description /

Scope of Work:

I. General Cleaning (Per Visit) 1. Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners (provided by client), and damp wipe if soiled. 2. Vacuum all carpeted traffic lanes and mats. 3. Clean and polish drinking fountains and water dispensers. 4. Dust all horizontal surfaces (desks, phones, files, sills, furniture); damp wipe if soiled. 5.

Kitchen/Breakrooms:

Damp wipe tables, chairs, counters, sink, and appliance exteriors; spot clean walls/cabinets. 6. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors. 7. Clean entrance metal and glass; spot clean partition glass. 8. Use commercial-grade products and color-coded microfiber cloths. II. Restrooms (Per Visit) 1. Restock towels, tissue, and hand soap. 2. Empty and disinfect trash and sanitary napkin receptacles. 3. Clean and polish mirrors and bright work. 4. Disinfect toilets, urinals, seats (both sides), and basins. 5. Dust partitions, mirror tops, and frames; remove splash marks from walls. 6. Wet mop and rinse floors with disinfectant. III. Weekly Tasks 1. Dust all vertical surfaces of furniture and furnishings; damp wipe if soiled. 2. Dust baseboards and ledges. 3. Detail vacuuming and mopping, ensuring corners, edges, and areas beneath furniture/mats are cleaned.
