Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks that may include deep cleaning of machinery or large-scale sanitation projects Assist with custodial duties related to waste removal, recycling, and restocking supplies Support maintenance activities such as minor repairs or painting tasks in residential or commercial settings Maintain cleanliness standards by following established protocols and safety guidelines Use proper techniques for commercial cleaning and facilities upkeep to ensure a safe environment for all occupants Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work within commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including floor care and buffing procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance procedures Experience with residential painting or light maintenance is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks over extended periods Join us in creating clean, safe, and inviting spaces!
