General Purpose:

ML Chartier is in search of an experienced CCTV/ Jetter truck operator . You will cross train in Hydrovac Excavation but primarily be using an advanced camera system to inspect and document the condition of existing sanitary sewer pipelines. You will also use hydro excavation trucks to excavate using high water pressure and vacuum systems. This will include locating daylighting and trenching. Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to and enforce all safety standards Inspect and document the condition of pipelines using CCTV (closed- circuit television) Maintain organized and clean work area Participate in and promote the safety culture Drive truck and other equipment to jobsites and dump locations Operate truck safely and precisely as defined by scope of work Communicate with team members and supervisor continuously Maintain, decontaminate and wash equipment on regular basis Preventative maintenance required weekly & daily Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must have 3 years of experience Has CDL A with Hazmat, Manual and Tanker endorsements Willing to work flexible hours until the job is complete Follow instructions given both orally or in writing Ability to work independently, with accuracy and in accordance with company safety and quality standards Ability to communicate in English with other employees for the purpose of hazard recognition, problem solving, or other purposes Must have reliable transportation to and from work Physical Demands • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
