Overview:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Do you have experience in janitorial work and a desire to help others develop skills that promote independence and success in the workforce? If so, we would love to have you join our team as a Job Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and training a crew of three individuals with disabilities to perform janitorial tasks at several banks and local businesses throughout the San Gabriel Valley. The Job Coach is a working supervisor who is also responsible for performing work to ensure all tasks are completed as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-the-job training to individuals with disabilities in janitorial work at local businesses. Utilize company supplied vehicle to transport crew to various sites. Perform the scope of work to the highest standard and complete all job tasks as required. Maintain inventory, supplies, proper mixing of chemicals and observe safety protocols at all times. Monitor and assess performance, providing feedback and corrective instruction as needed Maintain accurate records of work progress, goals, and individual's performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in janitorial work or facility maintenance is preferred. Ability to work with and train individuals Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license

Monday = 3:30pm-11:30 pm Tuesday = 4:00pm-12:00 am Wednesday = 3:30pm-12:00 am Thursday = 4:45pm-11:00 pm Friday = 3:30pm-11:30 pm
