Job Overview Shift:
2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (10-hour shifts), Monday-Friday, 4-5 days per week
Pay:
$46.00 - $52.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-time, Long-term We are seeking a motivated and experienced Journeyman Electrician for our 2nd shift maintenance team. In this vital role, you will perform electrical repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure the continuous operation of industrial facilities. Your expertise will help keep our clients' systems running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your electrical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our company's ongoing success. Responsibilities Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to identify necessary repairs or upgrades. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in industrial settings. Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to perform precise work. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction blueprints to execute projects accurately. Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems. Conduct renovation projects or upgrades on existing electrical infrastructure while adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Collaborate with maintenance teams on site to ensure safe and efficient installation practices. Qualifications Valid journeyman electrician license with proven industrial electrician experience. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, NEC standards, schematics, and blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial automation, and schematics interpretation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Construction site experience with renovation or new installation projects. Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately for complex electrical systems. Strong safety awareness with knowledge of NEC regulations related to high voltage and low voltage wiring. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.
