Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman Plumber to join our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Plan, schedule, and oversee plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on various projects. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Leadership and Supervision Lead and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members adhere to safety and quality standards. Conduct training and team meetings as necessary. Quality Control Inspect plumbing systems and installations to ensure compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Safety and Compliance Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and regulations. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and paperwork. Client Relations Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and professional service.

Qualifications:

Valid MI Journeyman Plumber license. Minimum 3+ years in plumbing trade, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred. Valid driver's license. Leadership and the ability to mentor newer techs High school diploma or equivalent.
