Hiring Experienced Outdoor Professionals We are hiring experienced outdoor professionals to lead kayak tours in hot desert conditions, operate early mornings, and handle repeated 50+ lb equipment loads as part of daily operations. Kayak Guides & SUP Guides - Trip Leader Position Las Vegas Paddleboard is hiring Trip Leaders to lead guided paddling adventures on the Colorado River to Emerald Cave. As the Trip Leader, you will independently guide kayak tours from launch to return — delivering safety briefings, setting the pace, providing on-water instruction and sharing key information about the area. The Trip Leader position requires confidence, composure, and the ability to manage a group and ensure guest safety while operating in a remote outdoor environment. This is a physically active leadership role best suited for individuals who thrive in heat and take pride in representing a high-end outdoor company. Compensation $125 per day + gratuities Top guides earn up to $150 per day + gratuities Season Length & Commitment Primary season approximately 6 months Additional 1-2 months possible Full primary season commitment required Responsibilities Load, unload, stage equipment Check guests into their activity Assist with equipment rentals Deliver safety briefings Lead tours up to 12 guests Manage trip pacing Ensure on-water guest safety Maintain gear cleanliness Represent the company professionally Daily Logistics & Transportation Team members meet in Boulder City at 6-6:15am Required Outdoor work experience Must own a reliable vehicle Preferred Kayaking or guiding experience CPR/First Aid (can complete during onboarding) Wilderness First Aid (can complete during onboarding) Bilingual abilities a plus About Our Guides Personality and character matter just as much as experience. Pay:
