Overview The role of a Key Accounts Manager oversees a team of Key Accounts Specialists, managing strategic relationships with key clients. The Key Accounts Manager with billing responsibilities plays a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining strategic relationships, and ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes for key accounts. Their focus is not only on account management but also on leading and developing a team of Key Accounts Specialist to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and managing a team of Key Accounts Specialist, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Set performance targets, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training and developmental needs Develop strategic account plans that outline objectives, growth targets, and action plans for each key account. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align strategies and ensure seamless delivery of products/services to key accounts. Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to meet client expectations Oversee the billing process for key accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to establish billing procedures, resolve billing discrepancies, and address customer billing inquiries Manage the financial aspects of key account management, including; revenue forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Working closely with the finance department to track revenue and expenses related to key accounts Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Gather market intelligence and use it to identify potential threats or opportunities within key accounts Analyze key account performance metrics, such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of key accounts, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement Serve as a key point of contact for senior executives within the company Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards The wage range for this position is $69,380.00-$147,460.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience Qualifications Education- Bachelor's Degree (required) Experience
