Key Holder/Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Drive results to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Receiving shipment/distro
• Daily goals and KPI's to align with company expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist in creating and managing the store's budget
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Experience:

• Customer service engagement
• Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets
• Basic understanding of register duties
• Basic knowledge and understanding on a sales culture
• Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in a diverse retail environment
