Key Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Kia factory standards. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools. Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members about vehicle needs and repair status. Stay current on Kia training, technology, and certification requirements. Provide an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship and professionalism.
