Responsibilities Supervise children during various activities, ensuring their safety and engagement at all times Plan and facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, storytime, and educational activities that promote learning and social interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment suitable for children of different age groups including toddlers and infants Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other daily care routines in accordance with health and safety standards Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and respectful conduct among children Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's day, progress, or any concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care when necessary Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or childhood education is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom experience is advantageous Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, behavior management techniques, and caregiving best practices is essential Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Join us to inspire young minds through energetic engagement and compassionate caregiving!
