Job Description:

Manages associate Kronos/timekeeping and attendance tracking. Mentors and trains associates on an ongoing basis. Resolves, researches, tracks data flows, errors, and oversees project development within the department. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge and understanding of HCPC/CPT-4 and compliance related to these codes. [Required] Proven excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. [Required]

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or another related field

Work Experience:

5+ experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting [Required] 5+ experience in an acute care or physician office charge capture/audit setting [Preferred]

Pay Range:
