This role blends faith-based instruction with Arizona state standards and early childhood best practices. Responsibilities Plan and teach developmentally appropriate lessons in literacy, math, and other core subjects Incorporate Christian values into instruction Support social-emotional development and positive behavior Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Assess student progress and communicate regularly with families Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Collaborate with staff and participate in school events and chapel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (or related field) Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for early childhood education and working with young children Supportive of Christian education and the mission of a Lutheran school Fingerprint Clearance Card ( or ability to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
