Kitchen Cook

Anglebrook Golf Club, a well-established club in northern Westchester, is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Cook for immediate hire. This is a seasonal position starting in April through mid. November. Key Responsibilities •

Ingredient Prep:

Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables, fruits, and meats. •

Cooking & Execution:

Preparing food by frying, grilling, sautéing, or baking according to recipes and Executive Chef specifications. •

Plating & Presentation:

Ensuring all food is properly plated and presented with high-quality standards. •

Communication:

Coordinate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef throughout your shift to ensure timely service, especially during busy hours. •

Dishwashing:

Washing, drying, and putting away all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. •

Station Maintenance:

Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, wiping down countertops, and sanitizing cooking equipment after use. •

Waste Management:

Emptying trash bins, taking out the garbage, and replacing liners throughout the shift. •

Food Safety:

Storing food in airtight containers and refrigerators according to strict health and safety standards. •

Organization:

Assist with putting away food deliveries to ensure that products are rotated and stored properly to prevent waste. •

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and lift for long periods of time. Compensation & Hours Weekends a must 40 hours a week with Overtime Available when needed $21.00-$25.00 an hour
