Kitchen Lead

We are looking for a kitchen lead whose responsibilities include: Managing the kitchen team Training and developing prep cooks, line cooks. Supervise kitchen staff duties, such as minimizing overtime and monitoring breaks. Ensuring food quality Maintaining cleanliness Keeping the kitchen, dining room, and other areas clean, as well as ensuring equipment is operating properly and safely. Managing food costs Monitoring guest activity Coaching health department requirements Assisting with inventory and ordering Ensuring products meet quality standards
