Job Description

Kitchen Manager Port St. Joe, Florida Krazyfish Grille High-Energy Kitchen. Strong Leadership. Consistent Execution. Krazyfish Grille is seeking a driven, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations. This role is built for someone who understands how to balance speed, consistency, and team leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be actively involved in the kitchen daily—leading the team, managing flow, and ensuring the operation runs efficiently from open to close.
This role requires:
The ability to work on your feet for extended shifts (10+ hours) A high level of resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Leading from the line and expo—not from the office Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily kitchen operations and service execution Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and ticket times Lead, train, and hold BOH staff accountable to standards Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and cost controls Ensure proper staffing, station setup, and shift readiness Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Work closely with ownership to uphold systems and improve operations What We're Looking For Strong experience in high-volume kitchen management Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and kitchen systems Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure A hands-on leader who works alongside their team A mindset built around accountability, efficiency, and consistency Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a multi-concept operation Long-term leadership potential

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
