Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Kitchen Lead to oversee and execute day-to-day back-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes full ownership of kitchen performance, team execution, and food quality. You will be actively working in the kitchen, leading the team, and ensuring every shift runs at a high level. Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Operations
  • Oversee daily BOH operations during assigned shifts
  • Ensure all food is prepared consistently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations
  • Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards Team Leadership
  • Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff
  • Set expectations for performance, urgency, and accountability
  • Delegate tasks and manage shift flow effectively
  • Step into any position as needed during peak periods Quality Control
  • Maintain consistency in recipes, portions, and presentation
  • Identify and correct issues before food reaches the FOH Inventory & Prep Management
  • Oversee daily prep production and par levels
  • Assist with inventory counts and ordering
  • Minimize waste and ensure proper product handling
  • Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of kitchen experience (lead or supervisory role preferred)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen systems, workflow, and execution
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a high-volume environment
  • High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Availability to early mornings, weekends, and holidays (required) Core Attributes
