Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Support cooking processes by following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling techniques and storage protocols in compliance with health regulations Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Assist with serving guests during busy periods, including bussing tables and delivering orders promptly Support banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with presentation Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests warmly Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Hotel or culinary experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to guest satisfaction!
