Responsibilities Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes accurately to maintain quality standards Support cooking processes by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing work surfaces Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations at all times Assist with catering events to ensure timely and professional service Contribute to a positive guest experience through friendly communication and attentive service during meal times Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting with excellent time management skills Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment Previous banquet or hotel culinary experience is advantageous but not required Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and quality standards Join us as a Kitchen Staff member and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through delicious food and outstanding hospitality.
