Kitchen Staff

New England Golf and Tennis Camp is seeking Kitchen Staff to support dining operations for Summer 2026. This is an important role for a dependable, hardworking team member who values community, consistency, and serving others in a busy camp setting. You will help prepare, serve, and clean up meals for campers and staff, helping create a dining experience that is safe, organized, and welcoming. Essential Responsibilities Meal Preparation and Service Assist with food preparation for daily meals and snacks Set up serving lines and dining areas before meals Serve meals to campers and staff in an efficient and respectful manner Help accommodate food allergies and dietary needs under kitchen leadership guidance Kitchen Cleanliness and Safety Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize food prep areas, counters, floors, and dining spaces Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards Support proper storage of food, supplies, and kitchen materials Dining Hall Operations Help keep the kitchen and dining hall organized and ready for each meal Restock serving areas, utensils, and supplies as needed Assist with meal cleanup and reset between services Work with kitchen leadership to complete daily tasks and maintain smooth operations Qualifications Minimum age 18 Food service or kitchen experience preferred Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment Able to lift, carry, bend, and move throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Committed to a clean and safe kitchen environment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong work ethic Ability to follow directions and complete tasks on schedule Ability to work well with others in a shared workspace Good attention to cleanliness and detail Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Why Work at New England Golf and Tennis Camp Be part of a supportive camp community Help provide an important part of daily camp life Weekly stipend based on experience Housing and meals included as part of compensation Opportunity to bring your children to camp at no cost Beautiful lakeside setting in Maine Staff events, community connections, and a meaningful summer experience New England Golf and Tennis Camp serves athletes in training who rely on structure, care, and consistency each day.
