Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at a 50-bed residential treatment center on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm in Killingworth, Connecticut. Job Description Prepare and cook daily menu items according to set recipes, directives and service times. Work with kitchen team to maintain kitchen and storeroom cleanliness, help with inventory, receiving and restocking. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, efficient and creative food prep. Creative and appropriate ideas for menu specials are welcome! Key skills- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, kitchen equipment and Safety/Sanitation processes.
