In this role, you will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, uphold food safety standards, and coordinate catering and banquet services. Your leadership will inspire excellence in food quality, service delivery, and team collaboration, creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing a vibrant, fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high standards of quality and consistency. Lead and motivate kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring proper stock levels, minimizing waste, and maintaining accurate records of supplies and food costs. Coordinate menu planning in collaboration with culinary management to incorporate dietary requirements, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences. Manage shift schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to meet service deadlines during busy periods such as banquets or special events. Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations; conduct regular inspections and staff training on proper handling procedures. Collaborate with catering teams to execute large-scale events seamlessly while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Skills Proven experience in banquet operations, fine dining environments, or catering services with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervising experience with effective team management skills; capable of leading diverse culinary teams confidently. Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary considerations, inventory control, and food handling procedures. Strong culinary skills with expertise in cooking techniques across various cuisines; ability to oversee food preparation at a high standard. Excellent organizational skills for menu planning, shift management, and inventory oversight; detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency. Leadership qualities that inspire motivation among team members; excellent communication skills for training and collaboration. Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings with a focus on food service management and customer satisfaction.
