Job Description

Doves Diner is located in a restored 1953 diner that we reopened this past March! We serve classic American diner fare. Open for breakfast and lunch, our focus is on warm hospitality, delicious food and creating a workplace that values balance and growth. We take pride in serving a homemade and timeless menu while celebrating the bounty of the Hudson Valley. We believe that great meals come from great teams, and we're dedicated to fostering a respectful, mentor-driven kitchen and service culture rooted in teaching and skill sharing.
