Summer Student Laborer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for students to join our SWM Team for the 2026 summer season as a Laborer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to- 1. Follow all company established methods, policies, rules, practices, and procedures to ensure employee safety, products within the facility. 2. Read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions. 3. Work as a productive member of a team. 4.

Maintain facility grounds:

mowing, gardening, painting, cleaning, etc. 5. Work within the manufacturing and production areas as needed to cover vacancies. 6. Operate forklift truck moving materials and products within the facility. 7. Assist operators or maintenance personnel as required or assigned. 8. Enter production data into computer system. 9. Must be able to follow written work instructions and specifications related to raw material blends and customer packaging specifications. 10. Any and all other duties assigned. While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand, sit, use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, and reach. Occasionally climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift and or move up to 60 pounds. Frequent bending is required.

REQUIRED SKILLSETS

-Highly motivated, self-starter, TEAM player. -Mechanical skills preferred.
