Cultivation Technician (Greenhouse)

Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cultivation Technician to support daily greenhouse operations and plant care from propagation through harvest. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of cultivation, greenhouse, or agricultural experience who enjoys physical, plant-focused work and wants to grow with a mission-driven cannabis company. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care, including watering, feeding, pruning, transplanting, and general maintenance
• Monitor plant health and proactively identify pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
• Assist with propagation activities, including cloning and seed germination
• Support plant training techniques (e.g., pruning, trellising) to optimize canopy and yield
• Monitor and help maintain greenhouse conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow, irrigation systems)
• Execute integrated pest management (IPM) practices in accordance with SOPs
• Assist with harvest activities, including cutting, hanging, drying, and curing
• Maintain accurate records of plant activity and inventory for compliance tracking
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment to meet NYS OCM standards
• Collaborate with the cultivation team to maintain a consistent, high-quality product Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1-2 years of experience in cultivation, greenhouse work, agriculture, or horticulture required (Cannabis experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong interest in plant health, sustainable growing practices, and hands-on work
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain consistency in a regulated environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment with heat, humidity, and plant exposure
• Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-driven
• Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting per NYS cannabis regulations Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and seasonal shifts tied to cultivation cycles
• Greenhouse environment with exposure to natural light, heat, humidity, and cannabis plants Compensation & Benefits
