JOB SUMMARY

Our Culinary Teaw will perform in the daily operations of the entire restaurant, including adherence to all recipes, quality and control standards, cleanliness, customer experience, and providing peer partnerships and teamwork throughout the operation. In addition, our culinary team receives direct feedback during their first six months and can earn an additional raise with exemplary performance

EXPECTATIONS

Full time is to a 40 hour work week and part-time can begin around 20 hours per week. We take work-life balance very seriously. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that the operational standards and best practices are adhered to with complete commitment and a strong desire to provide peer partnerships to our team members. Develops and maintains excellent knowledge of our menus as well as food and beverage production and plating standards. Operates in total compliance with federal/state/local laws, and ordinances with regard to food safety and storage. Compliance with all safety and sanitary standards and practices to ensure the health and safety of our internal and external Guests. Can represent the restaurant with professionalism and compassion when serving as the restaurant liaison for Guest Opportunities in Service, Quality and Care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous restaurant experience is preferred A strong commitment to excellent service to your Guests, to your vendors and business partners, and most importantly to your team. Willingness to learn and enforce local Health and Safety Legislation and NRA best practices. Must be flexible and able to see multiple opportunities and responsibilities through to growth and completion at the same time. Must have a strong attention to detail.
